1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Mechanized Coach Cleaning (MCC) mobile application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the application.

2. Authorized Use & Access

The MCC platform is designated exclusively for authorized railway personnel, coaching depot officers (CDO), contracted agency supervisors, and nominated inspectors. Users must ensure that:

• Login credentials (usernames, tokens, and passwords) are kept strictly confidential and not shared with unauthorized individuals.
• All audit entries, coach inspection logs, scores, and chemical/machine usage figures entered reflect genuine, on-site factual records.
• You access only those stations, reports, and modules assigned to your specific user role.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using the platform, users agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or manipulated scorecard numbers or fake audit photographs.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, authentication checks, or station report allocations.
• Use automated scripts or unauthorized third-party tools to extract or tamper with database records.

4. Audit & Quality Records

All inspections submitted through the application constitute official quality and compliance records. These records may be used by the administration to evaluate contract performance, generate monthly billing deductions, and impose contractual penalties where applicable.

5. Platform Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure continuous 24/7 availability of the system. However, service may occasionally be suspended for routine maintenance, database synchronization, or technical upgrades without prior notice.

6. Account Termination

Access privileges may be suspended or permanently revoked if a user is found violating these terms, engaging in unauthorized data tampering, or upon completion of their contract/posting period.
